Learning to breathe correctly is so important no matter what your pelvic health goals are. Here are some great breathing techniques to get you started. When relaxing and releasing don’t forget to check in with your jaw and consciously release this area. If your tongue is pushing on the roof of your mouth, relax and release your tongue as well. The jaw and pelvic floor are related and so it is beneficial to relax the jaw when working on relaxing the pelvic floor.
