Who am I & What I do?

Hi I’m Alison Coombs.  I help busy moms to obtain optimal pelvic health and strengthen their bodies through fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness.  I am also a wife and a mother to 3 awesome kiddies.

Why Should You Work With Me?

 Convenience: I have removed many potential barriers to accessing my services by providing many online services.  You don’t have to leave your home or get a babysitter to enjoy my programs.  With that said, so many of my clients love attending my in-person classes as well, so know that, that option exists for you if that serves your needs better.

 Relatable:  I am a mom and I know the daily struggles that you are dealing with.    I also understand the barriers that are getting in your way when it comes to your pelvic health and fitness goals.  There is childcare, chores, work, marriage, and so much more you have to balance.  Being a fellow mom, I know how important is it to take care of yourself.  Whether your goal is to improve your diastasis recti, pelvic pain, incontinence, become stronger or increase your energy levels, I am here to show you how to achieve your goals.   As moms we spend a lot of time taking care of others but our health matters too.  We can’t take care of others well if we don’t take the time to take care of ourselves.

Unique: What sets me apart from other fitness professionals is that I have worked in Social Services since 2005 assisting different populations of clients to achieve various goals, dreams, and desires. You may think well how does my social services background give me an edge?  Well, I understand what drives potentially self-sabotaging behaviors and how to positively impact your behaviors so you get a desirable end result.   I am also able to authentically look at a person from a holistic stand point and gently guide to towards their goals in a way that is enjoyable and effective.

How Did I Become Interested In Health, Wellness, & Fitness?

My initial interest in health, fitness, and wellness came out of being diagnosed with a chronic illness. I am so lucky to have healed my mind, body, and spirit using holistic methods.  I know first hand the importance of being health conscious and engaging in behaviors that improve your level of wellness.  Being a mom I want to pass on good habits to my children so they can avoid preventable illness and live the healthiest life possible.  I am also here to help educate, empower, and support you along your path to a fitter and healthier you.  You deserve it.
