Alison is an excellent personal trainer. I really enjoyed my sessions with her. She is positive, personable, funny, and easy to work with, and she definitely knows her stuff. After years of trying to deal with Diastasis recti on my own, I had plateaued. Not only did Alison show me a wealth of new exercises, she also instructed me on ways that I could progress.
