I loved working with Alison in The More Than Just a Kegel 28 day Challenge. I found the progression of workout intensely appropriate and challenging, which motivated me to work harder. I appreciated that there were modifications available to me as I could not complete all activities due to my diastasis recti. I found the support of Alison and the other group memebers very encouragin, especially on those days where I was too tired and didn't feel like working out. Alison was always available to answer any questions I had and show support wherever I needed it. When I started this program, the gap for my diastasis was 2.5 fingers wide and it is now 1 finger wide! The connective tissue is much stronger under the linea alba too.
