In this 45 min class, you will be lead through gentle self massage techniques, restorative stretches, and guided meditation. If you suffer from chronic pain, pelvic pain, high stress, and/or anxiety this is the perfect class to for you. We will learn to listen to our bodies and harness the power of the parasympathetic nervous system.
