Group Fitness Classes


I host a variety of group fitness programs throughout the year please see a list of available programs below as well as enrollment information:

Virtual Classes

Restorative Stretch, Meditation, & Self-Massage Flow – 12 Sessions:

In this 45 min class, you will be lead through gentle self massage techniques, restorative stretches, and guided meditation.  If you suffer from chronic pain, pelvic pain, high stress, and/or anxiety this is the perfect class to for you.  We will learn to listen to our bodies and harness the power of the parasympathetic nervous system.

When: Tuesday evenings Oct 12-Dec 28
Time: 8:30pm – 9:15pm EST
Where: Zoom – In the comfort of your own home
Cost: $120 + HST

Useful Tools For Class:

  • Bolster or a Few Pillows
  • Blankets
  • Med Sized Trigger Point or Firm Tennis Ball
  • Yoga Strap or Belt
  • Yoga Blocks


Deep Core, Glutes, & Pelvic Floor Strengthening – 12 Sessions:

In this 45 min class, you will be lead through a full body workout with focus on strengthening your pelvic floor, core, and glutes.  If you have diastasis recti, incontinence, or just want to have a stronger, more functional core – this is the perfect class to for you.

When: Thursday evenings – Oct 14 – Dec 30
Time: 8:00pm – 8:45pm EST
Where: Zoom – In the comfort of your own home
Cost: $120 + HST

  • Med Sized Trigger Point or Firm Tennis Ball
  • Mini Loop Band
  • Dumbbells
