Rates (All rates already include HST & sessions last for 1 hour)
Initial Assessment (60mins-90mins): $100
I use the Bellies Inc protocol to check the current function of your core and check if you have diastatis recti. I will also be looking at your posture and how you move during specific exercises. You will learn a lot about your body (special attention to pelvic floor) and I will provide you with some next steps in regards to at home core retraining and releases that you can utilize. We will also have a mini goal setting session to really help you hone in on what you would like to get out of our time together.
Follow Up Personal Training (60 min Sessions)
Now the the initial session is over it is time to crush your goals in a safe and very effective way.
1 Session: $85 per session
10 Session Pack: $750 ($75 per session)
20 Session Pack: $1400 ($70 per session)

The awesome part is there is no need to pack the kids in the car and drive 20 mins to the local gym & If your gym doesn’t offer childcare there is no need to find child care to workout with a trainer. Privacy: From my experience with interacting with a variety of moms from different walks of life, I find that the postpartum period is sometimes a very sensitive time in regards to a woman’s self-image. Some women want the guidance of a personal trainer but they do not feel confident enough to go out to the gym. Some do not yet feel comfortable with their new body and others who have held on to their baby weight for years sometimes feel embarrassed and as a result avoid the gym.
