Bring your babies and come enjoy this full body Postnatal Mommy/Baby workout! This class is safe for postpartum mamas and the exercises will be modified to be gentle for your core and/or pelvic floor muscles. Even though there will be no jumping or running trust me you will be getting an awesome workout. This class will focus on building your strenth, improving your cardiovasular capacity, and flexibility.
A package of 8 classes are available for $100 and will run for the weeks of January 9th – Feb 27th.
