Bring your babies and come enjoy this full body Postnatal Mommy/Baby workout! This class is safe for postpartum mamas and the exercises will be modified to be gentle for your core and/or pelvic floor muscles. Even though there will be no jumping or running trust me you will be getting an awesome workout. This class will focus on building your strength, improving your cardiovascular capacity, and flexibility.
There are 2 packages available.
Indoor classes: 8 sessions are available for $100 and will run for the weeks of Sept 11 – Oct 30 every Tuesday from 10am – 11am
Location: St. Paul’s United Church – 200 McIntosh Street, Scarborough, Ont, M1N 3Z3
Stroller Fitness: 6 sessions are available for $75 and will run for the weeks of Sept 13 – Oct 18 every Thursday from 10am – 11am
