“I’m so glad I committed to registering for Alison’s mama workout group. Her specialized knowledge in core and pelvic floor function was comforting given that those have been a big area of weakness for me (and usually for most moms) pre and post baby. I’ve had severe back issues during my pregnancy which remained after I gave birth to my 2nd child so I wasn’t active for a long time until I signed up for Alison’s class. She was very mindful of each person’s abilities and limitations in the class and tailored all the exercises to suit each person’s physical tolerance. I also enjoyed the variety of exercises she offered to keep us motivated which ranged from circuit training, using weights and resistance bands, to dancing. Her easy going nature made all Mamas feel comfortable and it was definitely a great group of women who got to know each other well in just a few weeks. I definitely got a great workout as well.
